Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you have any questions or issues with your order and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours on business days.
Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days unless I am away for a convention or event. In that case, orders will be shipped after the event is over and I return home. If I'm away for longer than a weekend I will post an announcement about order delays on my site and on my socials! You can keep up to date with my event schedule by joining my newsletter, following me on my socials, and checking out my Events page!
Orders within the United States are shipped using either USPS or UPS, depending on the item. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information.
Orders containing only STICKERS and/or BOOKMARKS will be shipped via stamped mail WITHOUT tracking. If you would like tracked shipping for your sticker order please select that option at checkout.
If you have any issues receiving your tracked package please contact USPS/UPS as they have more information to help you locate your package during transit. For untracked stamped mail orders, please reach out to me directly!
At this time I am not shipping outside of the United States through my website. Please see my Etsy shop for international orders!
