Do you take custom orders?

I do not take orders for custom artwork at the moment. However, if there is Switch case design that you would like on another device (phone, Nintendo DS, other handheld tech, etc.) please reach out to me! I am happy to adapt an existing design onto another type of case. If you have any suggestions for designs or products I would love to hear them! Feel free to contact me with your ideas. There is no guarantee that I will make any suggestions, but it helps me know what people are interested in.

Where is Chu Charms based?

Chu Charms is based outside of Boston, Massachusetts. You can find me tabling at many gaming and anime events around New England and beyond. Check out my events page to see where I am headed next!

Do you have a retail location?

I do not have a dedicated brick and mortar shop, but you can shop a selection of my goods at Manchester Craft Market in Manchester, NH!

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment all international orders are handled through my Etsy shop. If you are shopping internationally, please use code CHUINTL for 15% off your order on Etsy!
