Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you have any questions or issues with your order and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours on business days.
Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days once received.
Orders within the United States are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage and should arrive 2-5 days after they are sent out. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information.
If you have any issues receiving your package please contact USPS as I am not able to help you find a package after it has left my hands.
